Team - Men's
The Ottawa Indians R.F.C. fields 3 competitive men's teams in various leagues within the Eastern Ontario Region of the Province of Ontario.
- The Men's 1st Team competes in the Ontario/Quebec Interlock League, Bardon Division, the highest level and calibre of club rugby available in Ontario and Quebec.
- The Men's 2nd and 3rd teams play in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union, Division I and Division II respectively.
The Men's second team serves as a platform for our young and upcoming players to obtain the necessary experience and skills to develop and be selected to the 1st Team. They are supported and mentored on this team by veteran players whose previous experience and knowledge can be shared with these young players to benefit their development. We actively encourage and support our players, coaches and management to train, play and provide assistance to the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union 'Ottawa Harlequins' (our regional entry in the Rugby Canada Super League), and various Eastern Ontario and Ontario rep teams.

All of our men's teams are coached to the principles of the modern game: Speed, Agility, Fitness, Strength and dynamic game principles and strategies!
