outdoor training
Outdoor fitness starts next Tuesday (April 15th) at All Saints High School. We will be starting with some fitness and initial sessions will be about one hour starting at 6. Be there on time to take advantage of the early light. Trainging will run every Tuesday and Thursday till the end of the season.
Indians finish #1 and #1A
It was a tie at the top between the two Indians squads at the 08" Hudsons Indoor Sevens Tournament. Jimmy Coombs and Ross Monsour help coach their squads to the top. Special thanks to Dan Kline getting everything organized.

Whether you have played extensively and are looking to get back into rugby or would like to start, we have a place for you.
